Fruit Tart
Delicious fruit tart filled with cream and topped with an assortment of fruit.

Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 450 degree F, wash and prep fruit.
  2. Roll pie crust into pie dish and fork the bottom and sides.
  3. Bake for 12 minutes.
  4. Remove from oven and allow to cool for 30 minutes.
  5. In a large bowl add cream cheese and blend for 1 minute with a handheld mixer.
  6. Add clotted cream, heavy cream and blue agave and blend for 3 minutes.
  7. Pour cream mixture into pie crust.
  8. Top with fruit and refrigerate for 30 minutes before serving.
