Restaurant Week 2023 is here again. For me, this is a great time to be in New Haven. This year the fun goes on from April 16th to the 21st. If you’re a foodie there’s something for everyone. Some of the restaurants participating in the event include my usual favorites. Elm City Social, Geronimo and Pacifico. Here’s a little taste of what you can expect if you decide to participate in restaurant week. Remember, some of the menu items for restaurant week might be different than the general restaurant menu you would enjoy any other time or day outside of restaurant week.

Elm City Social

The menu this year is already set for Elm City Social. Here you can find the Prix-Fixe Menu with a variety of items including duck quesadilla and blackened mahi-mahi with guava eggrolls for dessert. Each year you can expect to find a pre-fixe menu that consists of an appetizer, entrée and dessert. And you can get this all for $45. Drinks are extra and not included in the prix-fixe menu.

Geronimo Bar and Grill

Geronimo bar and grill has been one of my favorite places to go for amazing tacos in New Haven for many years. They make the freshest guacamole around and everything is always delicious, including the drinks. The three course pre-fixe menu has a range of appetizers, entrees and desserts, from seafood to pork. Be sure to ask the servers and waitstaff for tequila pairings.

Pacifico Restaurant

If you’ve been following my restaurant week journey for years, you know Pacifico is always on my list for places to head to during New Haven Restaurant Week. This year is no different. I always look forward to the seafood soup, one of the appetizers on the prix-fixe menu. Located at the corner of Crown St. and College St. Make reservations early if you want to find a table at one of New Haven’s most popular restaurants.
