It starts with where and when to apply to schools. The recruitment process and the relocation tools needed to get from your home country to your new life abroad. Are You Really Ready to Teach Abroad?

Getting ready to teach abroad takes some extensive planning. This isn’t a time in your life where you will just get up and go. The planning begins with when and where to apply. As there is a hiring season for teaching abroad. Education professionals need to plan ahead for this. Having a cushion of savings is also important. Many schools abroad only pay once a month and upon relocation you might not be paid right away. Having a financial cushion will help to relieve some of the stress from relocation. There are also things to consider like housing, if the school does not offer it. Where will you live? And how much will this cost? This is why planning ahead is important. Taking the leap to go on this amazing journey is worth it. But, it is also important to make sure you are really ready to teach abroad and deal with what comes with it, before starting your teach abroad journey.
