Visiting Toronto?

Whether you’re looking for a place to stay for a stop-over. Or looking for a place to stay when you visit Toronto, but don’t want the expense of staying in the city-center. The Hampton Inn by Hilton is a place you can find some comfort.

Staying at the Hampton Inn by Hilton:

After my stay at the Hampton Inn by Hilton, I wanted to share the experience with others. Whether positive or negative, it’s important to share the experiences I have when staying at different hotels. Staying at the Hampton Inn was not the experience I expected but my goal is to always be objective with my reviews. Sharing my honest opinions about what I’ve experienced.

The Room:

The hotel room was a clean room with two queen beds that were comfortable and soft. The room also had blackout curtains which is always a good idea when you’re trying to sleep-in. The bathrooms were clean and also included a blow dryer and the usual personal items (shampoo, conditioner and lotion). If you needed more items the front desk was always willing to supply it.

The Food:

I’m not sure what to say about the food. There was nothing spectacular about the daily breakfast. There were a variety of items including eggs, omelettes, plain yogurt, breads, pastries and waffles you can make yourself. The breakfast was included in the rate so I had no complaints. It saved me a lot of money on meals. This is essential when traveling with young children.

The Amenties:

When it comes to the amenities of the hotel, there was a pool and a gym available for use. The gym was a nice space, with great up-to-date equipment. The pool on the other hand was down the first day we arrived. It was supposed to be fixed by the next day but when we went to use the pool the next day it was freezing cold again. The day we left was the only day the pool was warm enough for me or my children to get in. It’s definitely worth it to find out if there are any issues with the amenities before you arrive.

Final Thoughts:

When it comes to staying at this hotel I would give it a 3/5. It’s definitely not a hotel I would stay at again with my family. The best part of our stay had to be the customer service. Staff members were very kind and understanding and tried to help us make the best of every negative experience we had. I hope this review has been informative.
